I picked this vet off of Google went in very nervous and cautious however, it was the best decision I made. The woman that greeted us at the desk was amazing, made us feel comfortable immediately. My husband and I both felt a sense of relief.Then we saw the Doctor who was incredible, they had to give my dog an anesthetic so we had to bring him back the next morning so they could put him under and clean out his eyes. I didn't realize the gunk caused so much misery for him, I was so scared to get this done, but thanks to this wonderful office we have our dog back again, it's been a week tomorrow and his antibiotic is gone, he has healed up beautifully, and is our happy happy baby . Thank you so very much, you were all absolutely professional courteous and absolutely amazing at keeping me posted on what was going on. I highly recommend you going here I know without a doubt they would not treat anyone bad and give your pet the love you would give it.

This clinic is easy to find & the facility is very clean. The staff is friendly and prompt. They were on time for her 8am appointment and they called me before doing the extractions. For one, they have always been kind and treat everyone like they are family and your pets are theirs!
They also go over an "estimated" cost sheet with you at drop off (ESTIMATED! ) this means if additional procedures are done or extra meds are needed..additional money will be charged. I have always been called if there was going to be additional costs and they ask if I would like to proceed or not. I was not on the phone when they called you Melanie, but did you think they would do extra things for free? Did you ask how much?
Anyone who can yell and curse at someone because of their own mistake really should think about never leaving their house. There is too many ugly people in this world. STOP BEING UGLY MELANIE! Try to be kind.. it will get you farther. If you don't care for the place.. don't go there. To lie and not explain how you acted..(horribly towards a person who doesn't make the bill) so others have the wrong idea of this place for your own benefit is disgusting.

"My dog Sammy has been going to see Dr Coy for yrs. He is not afraid to go to "the vets" at all; he likes it! Everyone is loving and they dote on all the "fur babies." If Sammy has an urgent problem but it's only "surgery day", they make an exception so Sam is seen! I've had Dr Coy even come to the front of the office and explain Sammy's issue in depth as well as his treatment. Sammy and I are very happy here and find no need to look elsewhere. There's a little doggie who sleeps on a chair every day, and a Parrot who's pretty silly and entertaining! LOUD! HAHA."

"One of the best vet clinics I have ever been too. We are moving this week and I wanted to make sure our dogs were all up to date on shots called around to a few places and when I called Agape they were the only ones that could get me in that day. "My favorite policy of Dr. Coy is to send an email "report card" follow up to all vet visits with a complete explanation of her findings on all aspects of our pets' health and behaviors. She takes care to explain everything very thoroughly during the exams, but the report card puts it all down in black and white so that we can see what we might have not heard her say during the exam.
She is more inexpensive than many area vets, and she is very good about suggesting natural alternatives where possible--rather than charging hundreds of dollars for expensive meds and a night or two of observation at the clinic. For example, she has suggested hydrogen peroxide when our dogs have swallowed something to see if the object comes up easily at home, and a teaspoon of Vaseline on some white bread when our dogs have something in their intestines that might come out at home by a simple "lube the tube." The first response of many other vets is to immediately say we need expensive meds to do the same thing.
We've seen her be instinctively caring and sensitive, as when she could tell someone was bringing in an elderly sick dog who needed to be put down, and she was very quiet with the otherwise happy, laughing clients in the clinic so that they could sense that they should be aware that not everyone in the waiting room was in as good a mood as they were.
We have tried most of the vets in the far East Valley and prefer Dr. Coy to all of them."
"My 12 yo 12 lb Dusty was transported to dr coys clinic on dec 30, '14 after experiencing seizures at a boarding kennel. she continued to have seizures until medicated, but by then her heart had been damaged and she died. i was a thousand miles away for xmas. page, the receptionist had held dusty in her arms frequently as dusty was going through her final passage. i am highly thankful for the care, actions and compassion of Dr coy, page and the rest of her staff for dusty. and later for me, as i grieved over dusty's body, for my lost little girl."
