Everyone was kind, caring, and helpful.
I have had dogs for over 30 years, through multiple veterinarians in different cities and countries. Never have I encountered clinical staff so churlish, arrogant and dismissive.
They have no hesitation about being openly judgmental of clients input and preferences. The veterinarian becomes visibly irritated if you question any part of her plan of care, and with that kind of leadership it is no surprise that the technicians make passive-aggressive comments of their own.
Arrogance like this increases the chance of preventable mishaps. The staff's striking lack of emotional intelligence has almost certainly stopped other clients from sharing their own preferences and observations as well. That appears to be the point of the behavior: do not question me, or I will make it clear how little I think of anything you assume you have to add.
First and 2nd visit, two bad experiences.

Wonderful visit with the vet for a general wellness check up. Wait time was very minimal and the vet was fantastic with a very nervous kitty!
Great experience but difficult to talk to someone on the phone sometimes. Placed on hold and forgotten. Other than that, definitely low cost. If their busy though, might as well wait and call back later.
Our cat had a dental cleaning and 2 extractions. The doctor and staff were very helpful. We were given good estimates on cost and then we received a call to update. We are very happen with our experience.
Take both of my kittens in to get spayed. Procedure went well. Pick up and drop off was super easy. Very affordable! Will take any Animal here as they cared for my pets very well!!
Affordable place for vaccines and they were fast which makes a world of a difference with an anxious dog. Thank you!
Clean facility, quick appt svc for cat spay & neuter. Employees seem trustworthy.
