Dr. Jessica Schneider’s life has always been full of animals, from house pets to horses. Growing up in Idaho, Texas, and Illinois, she now enjoys the warm Arizona winters. Dr. Schneider graduated from Brigham Young University-Idaho’s Animal Science Program before attending veterinary medical school at Washington State University, graduating with her DVM and a certificate in Global Animal Health.
Her special interests include surgery, emergency medicine and spay/neuter. Dr. Schneider particularly enjoys giving back by donating her time and skills. While in vet school, she spent 3 months in Nepal vaccinating dogs for rabies, she donated 250+ hours providing free veterinary services on Washington Indian reservations, and currently volunteers with local dog and rabbit rescues.
In her free time, Dr. Schneider enjoys traveling with her husband, horseback riding, jewelry making, and reading. Their family consists of 4 cats – 3 of which are orange, 2 dogs, and a spunky rabbit. Dr. Schneider understands the profound impact animals have on our lives. She looks forward to providing high-quality, compassionate care to your furbabies.

Meet Dr. Ralenkotter, a dedicated veterinarian who recently earned her veterinary degree from Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine in May 2024. Dr. Ralenkotter is passionate about general practice and urgent care medicine as well as soft tissue surgery and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team. Although originally from Washington, she completed her undergraduate studies at Montana State University, where she earned a degree in psychology with a microbiology minor. Outside of the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors both on the water as well as on land. Some of her favorite activities are boating, swimming, camping, fishing, and attending rodeos. She also loves spending time at home with her husband and four fur babies; Bridger, a Yellow Lab, Boomer, a German Shorthaired Pointer, and two cats, Saber and Scout. We’re excited to welcome Dr. Ralenkotter and look forward to the care and expertise she’ll offer to our patients and their families.

With over nine years of experience as a veterinary technician, Jaimee’s journey in animal care began at the front desk as a receptionist. Her dedication, compassion, and leadership led her to become the Hospital Director, where she now oversees day-to-day operations with a strong focus on quality care for both pets and their owners.
Originally from the Prescott area, Jaimee moved to Mesa four years ago, bringing with her a deep love for animals—especially dogs and cats. Outside the clinic, she’s a proud mom of three who enjoys spending time outdoors and making lasting memories with her family.

Abby is a dedicated veterinary technician who brings compassion and enthusiasm to every patient she meets. With a lifelong love for animals, she takes pride in helping pets feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for during their visits. At home, Abby is kept busy by her dog, Toby, and her cat, Olive, who remind her daily why she loves what she does. When she’s not at the clinic, you can find Abby curled up with a good book, enjoying Taco Bell, or traveling with her husband. Her passion for animals shines through in both her work and her everyday life.

Meet Piper! Originally from Arizona, Piper began her career in human medicine as an EMT and surgical tech before following her true passion: veterinary medicine. She started at a mobile vaccine clinic and now focuses on surgical care, where her love for animals and medicine blend beautifully.
Piper is a proud pet parent to what can only be described as a personal zoo: five dogs (Karma the Rottweiler, Ivy the German Shepherd, Kiwi the Frenchie, and two Huskies named Blueberry and Jayda), four cats (Roger, Samoa, Yuki, and One-Eyed Earl who came in to the clinic as ferals, of course), and two ferrets (Delphina and Jürgen). Her goal? To one day own at least one of every type of pet; partly for experience, but mostly because she thinks they’re all cute and deserving of love. When she’s not in the clinic, she’s watching movies, gaming, traveling, or spending time with her fur family.

Rylee was born in Arizona and raised in Florida, where her love for animals began early and never stopped growing. Before her first year as a veterinary technician, she worked in a dental office—an experience that sparked her interest in oral health and now translates into one of her favorite parts of the job: performing dental cleanings on your pets! She is known for her gentle touch, paws-itive attitude, and strong dedication to animal care. Whether assisting in surgery or comforting a nervous pet, Rylee brings kindness, patience, and professionalism to every part of her work. Outside the clinic, she enjoys visiting her loved ones in Florida and spending time at the beach, as well as cuddling with her two cats, Teddy and Willy, at home.
